Wey-Wey Su is an Applications Engineer at Hamamatsu Corporation since September 2023, following a distinguished academic career as a Ph.D. Candidate and Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University from September 2017 to April 2023. During the graduate studies, Wey-Wey contributed to the High Temperature Gasdynamics Laboratory under Professor Ron Hanson. Previous experience includes serving as Workshop Lead at Build-It-Yourself, where Wey-Wey taught engineering concepts to children, and as Co-President of Engineering Ambassadors at Cornell University, organizing campus tours for prospective students. Additionally, Wey-Wey conducted undergraduate research in microfluidics at KirbyLab and served as a Teaching Assistant for a second-year mechanical engineering course. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
