Claire-Ann Minogue

Claire-Ann Minogue is an accomplished Senior Asset Manager with extensive experience in the property and financial sectors. Currently serving at Hammerson since July 2016, Claire-Ann oversees prime shopping centre and retail park investments across Europe, including the UK, France, and Ireland. Prior to this role, Claire-Ann managed assets at Chartered Land Limited from January 2010 to July 2016, focusing on the Dundrum Town Centre, and previously held the position of Group Financial Controller at Crossridge Investments Limited from January 2007 to January 2010. Additional financial expertise was gained as Financial Controller at Lenridge Properties Ltd and as a Chartered Accountant at O'Donovan Lavin. Claire-Ann's educational background includes professional memberships with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Chartered Accountants Ireland, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Limerick.
