Lanetta Davis

Lanetta Davis, CPM, is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including medical office buildings, industrial, retail, and creative office spaces. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Hammes since July 2024, Lanetta manages medical office buildings in California while providing leadership to a team of property managers in Arizona. Prior roles include Director of Property Management at Karney Properties Co., Senior Property Manager at Kilroy Realty Corporation, and Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, contributing to substantial property portfolios ranging from 900,000 to over 5.5 million square feet. Lanetta also has a strong educational background with a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fontbonne University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from St. Louis Community College.
