Ilya Brotzky

Ilya Brotzky is the Founder and CEO of VanHack, a platform dedicated to streamlining the hiring of tech talent, a position held since July 2015. Prior to this, Ilya served as a Facilitator and Mentor at Spring Activator from March 2015 to April 2021, guiding entrepreneurs through business development. Previous roles include eCommerce Retail Analyst at Best Buy Canada, Sales and Marketing Manager at ACECLA Technology Ltd, CoGrower at The Beach House in São Paulo, Business Development Executive at Acxiom, Chief Operating Officer at Easyaula, Co-Founder of Zona Universitária, and Business Development Director at Mobile Metrix. Ilya began a professional journey at Vale as a Management Trainee. Ilya holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University.
