Sam Baynes

Sam Baynes has a diverse professional background with significant experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development. Currently serving as a Member at Hampton since July 2023, Sam is also the Cofounder and CEO of The Pegasus App, which offers an innovative equestrian event management system. Previously, Sam was the Cofounder and President for North America at WithYouWithMe and held various roles at Polynox Solutions, including VP of Corporate Development. Sam's early career includes military service in the Australian Army, as well as analytical and coordination roles at the Royal Military College - Duntroon and Hamburg Süd, respectively. Sam holds a Master's in International Business from The George Washington University and a Master's in International Security from the University of Sydney, alongside a Bachelor's degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
