Juanita Kuhner

Juanita Kuhner currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Hancock Whitney, where responsibilities include managing corporate litigation, conducting internal investigations, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. Prior to their current role, Juanita worked at King & Spalding as a Counsel and Associate, focusing on complex commercial litigation and professional liability, among other areas. Juanita began their legal career as an Associate at Sutherland. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Auburn University. Juanita is also enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, set to complete a program in 2024.
