María Mercedes Daglio

Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private office from February 2016 to 2019 and also contributed as a university lecturer in a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana obtained a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México in 2015.
