Duncan Tong

Duncan Tong is a seasoned professional in the financial industry with extensive experience in innovation strategy and corporate investment. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Strategist at Hang Seng Bank since September 2018, Duncan leads bank-wide strategic initiatives to source and invest in FinTech ventures, focusing on enhancing value and exploring new market segments. Prior to this role, Duncan held the position of Senior Manager for StartmeupHK at Invest Hong Kong from September 2014 to August 2018, where assistance was provided to entrepreneurs and startups in their market entry and venture capital sourcing efforts. Previous experience includes senior relationship management roles at ANZ and National Australia Bank, where Duncan managed banking needs for corporations across the Asia-Pacific region and cultivated client relationships.
