Kathy Kim

Kathy Kim has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as FVP, Benefits Supervisor at Hanmi Bank since October 2016, where previous roles included FVP, Senior HR Business Partner, VP, and AVP, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Hanmi Bank, Kathy worked at Bank of Hope from June 2015 to October 2016 as a Human Resources Generalist II, focusing on employee relations for over 950 staff and managing the employee life cycle. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Pacific City Bank from April 2013 to June 2015, responsible for maintaining personnel files and payroll support. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
