Mason Trinco

Mason Trinco currently serves as Pool Manager at Hanover Park Park District, overseeing a staff of over 60 personnel, including lifeguards and cashiers, with a focus on training and performance management. Additionally, Mason holds the position of Pool Manager at Hoffman Estates Park District, leading a team of more than 80 staff and providing training under StarGuard ELITE certification. Previous roles include Head Guard and Lifeguard, where responsibilities encompassed safety enforcement and first aid. Mason also has experience as a Swimming Teacher, instructing students of all ages. In December 2023, Mason became Social Chairman for Sigma Pi Fraternity, managing a committee to plan events for over 100 members while budgeting effectively. Mason Trinco is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Illinois State University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
