Lachlan MacPherson

Lachlan Macpherson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Group Finance Manager at Hansen Yuncken since March 2024, Lachlan previously held key positions at Alinta Energy as Senior Manager - Finance Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from January 2019 to December 2023. Prior to that, Lachlan worked as a Management Accountant at Built. and as a Mine Accountant for Glencore, where responsibilities included comprehensive financial reporting and stakeholder management for a large coal mining operation. Early in the career, Lachlan served as an Accountant at WP Partner, Chartered Accountants, and as a Manager at McDonald's. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Commerce/Economics degree from the University of Newcastle.
