Fabio Denegri

Fabio Denegri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in welfare management and organizational communication. Currently serving as Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Happily Srl since October 2017, Fabio is involved in business development, client assistance, and welfare training. Additionally, Fabio contributes as a lecturer at Scuola di Formazione Ipsoa since June 2019. Previously, Fabio held positions at Ericsson from January 2006 to December 2016, focusing on communication, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives, along with roles at Marconi PLC from April 1986 to December 2005, where responsibilities included internal communication and brand management. Fabio holds a diploma in telecommunications technology from Istituto Tecnico Galileo Galilei, completed in 1983.
