Mara Sardella

Mara Sardella is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and generalist roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Happy Cog® since October 2021, Mara previously held key HR positions at Discovery Land Company, including Assistant Director and Senior HR Generalist, from February 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, Mara worked at Brownstein Group as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator from April 2012 to December 2016. Additional experience includes coaching at Frederick Stars Lacrosse Club and a brief tenure as a Program Analyst at Covance. Mara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from LaSalle University in 2009.
