Teresa Knox

Teresa Knox is the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board at HAR-CO Credit Union. Teresa has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on strategic operations, project management, human resources, and compliance.

Teresa began their career in banking in 1987 as Vice President at Mechanics Savings Bank. In this role, they oversaw deposit operations, compliance, information technology, and investor relations. Teresa was later promoted to Training Director and Banking Counselor.

In 2000, Teresa left Mechanics Savings Bank to join Orbitex Financial Services Group as Senior Vice President. In this role, they led the company's strategic operations by implementing synergies and process improvements among the subsidiaries. Teresa also held a position in Corporate Administration responsible for overseeing project management, human resources, and facilities.

In 2003, Teresa left Orbitex Financial Services Group to join American Eagle Financial Credit Union as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In this role, they are responsible for the overall governance of the credit union.

Teresa Knox is a highly respected leader in the financial industry with a proven track record of success in operations, compliance, and human resources. Teresa is a dedicated advocate for credit unions and their members, and they are committed to helping them achieve their financial goals.

Teresa Knox has a MBA in Business from Western New England University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. Teresa also has certification from The National Credit Union Foundation in CUDE - Credit Union Development Educator and PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors in Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA II; AASI I; Telemark I; CS1).
