Aiesha Elwakdy

Aiesha Elwakdy is a Compliance Analyst I at Harbor Compliance since February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Yahel Social Change Fellow in Israel, where Aiesha contributed to a Palestinian women’s rights organization by managing communication with donors, translating, and teaching English. Aiesha played a significant role in founding and leading the Middle East & North Africa Coalition at Franklin & Marshall College, where responsibilities included organizing speakers and events to raise awareness of Middle Eastern culture. Additional roles at Franklin & Marshall involved research assistance focused on Israeli religio-political movements, teaching assistance in courses related to Israel and Palestine, and managing club operations. Aiesha holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
