Andrea L.

Andrea L. has over 30 years of experience in loss prevention and asset protection across multiple industries. Since April 2017, Andrea has served as the Director of Loss Prevention at Harbor Freight Tools, overseeing loss prevention efforts for stores, distribution, and headquarters. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Loss Prevention Director at Ross Stores, where Andrea focused on team development, risk mitigation, and crisis leadership from September 2009 to January 2017. Earlier roles at Target included leadership positions in distribution and store operations from September 1990 to September 2009, encompassing assets protection and inventory operations analysis. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Eastern Washington University, along with an Associate degree in Administration of Justice from Spokane Community College.
