Crystie Varela is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Harbor Freight Tools since March 2022, Crystie previously held senior roles including Director of Project Management and Operations at K4Connect and Senior Project Manager at Ubiquiti Networks. A proven leader in building and coaching teams, Crystie has successfully driven process improvements, implemented project management methodologies, and enhanced inventory tracking systems across multiple organizations.
