Tim Flower

Tim Flower is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity investment. Currently serving as Managing Director at HarbourVest Partners since October 2008, Tim has contributed to the firm’s reputation as a leading global private equity investment firm. Prior roles include Associate at Bridgepoint, where responsibilities encompassed origination, deal execution, and portfolio management, and Associate Director positions at both MCF Corporate Finance and Nordea Securities, focused on originating and executing private equity transactions. Tim began their career as an Executive at Ernst & Young, where Tim achieved ACA qualification with all first-time passes. Tim holds a 2:1 degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is an alumnus of Kings School in Wimbledon.
