Elsa Cruz

Elsa is a human resources and administrative professional with nearly a decade of experience working within social service organizations. Elsa is Harder+Company’s HR Coordinator. In her role she is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of all HR functions including recruitment, new hire onboarding, personnel record management, benefits administration, and company policies. Elsa is also a key member of the operations team. Elsa is a native Spanish speaker.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Elsa conducted counseling intake screenings for Center for Community Solutions, which helps adults and children to heal and prevent relationship and sexual violence. Outside of work she enjoys hiking at Cowles Mountain, which is the highest point of the city of San Diego, as well as spending time with her three amazing daughters and family.
