James Reilly

Jim Reilly has lived in Harford County with his wife Teresa for over forty years. They have a daughter Tiffany who is married to Michael Stephens. They live in Bel Air with his fabulous grandson Mason. Jim has a bachelor's degree in business administration. He worked twenty-four years as a law enforcement officer before being elected five terms as the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Also, for the last 33 years, he taught at Harford Community College as an Adjunct Professor.
