Dave Krabill

Dave Krabill is an experienced Information Technology leader currently serving as Director of ERP Programs at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since November 2022. With a diverse background that includes significant roles in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, and IT, Dave has a proven track record as a trusted business partner and transformation leader. Prior to Harley-Davidson, Dave spent over a decade at Swagelok in various leadership positions, notably as Vice President of Information Technology & CIO, where strategic oversight was provided for a global IT strategy across numerous corporate and service locations. Dave holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Akron.
