Caitlin Porter

Caitlin Porter, LCSW, currently serves as the Director and IOP Supervisor at Harmony Bay Wellness since June 2023. Previously, Caitlin held positions as Clinical Supervisor and Assessment Coordinator at Hampton Behavioral Health Center from April 2019 to June 2023, and worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital from June 2017 to April 2019. Early career experiences include roles as an Admissions Ambassador at Rutgers University's School of Social Work and a Social Work Intern at Mastery Charter Schools. Caitlin also interned as a Mental Health Therapist at the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey and as a Case Management Intern at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from The Catholic University of America.
