Christina Belknap

Christina Belknap serves as the Executive Director at Harmony Bay Wellness, leading outpatient behavioral health services since January 2023 after holding multiple roles including Regional Director of Outpatient Services and Assistant Director of Outpatient Services. Christina's extensive experience in social work education includes positions as Field Supervisor and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is evident through curriculum development and instructional roles. Prior experiences include therapeutic work at the Kirkbride Center, crisis intervention at Partnership Against Domestic Violence, and community development as a Peace Corps volunteer. Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Bryn Mawr College.
