Kate Gouin

Kate Gouin is an experienced professional in climate and environmental policy, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Harmony Labs since February 2024. Previously, Kate held the position of Deputy Director at Earth Alliance and served over eight years in various roles at the Office of the Mayor of New York City, including Chief of Staff for the Mayor's Office of Climate & Environmental Justice. In this capacity, Kate managed a team of 40, developed and executed comprehensive climate strategies, and implemented sustainability policies aimed at improving the health and resiliency of New Yorkers. Kate's extensive background also includes roles in sales management, operations, and legal assistance, along with academic credentials in Gastronomy from Boston University and Hotel and Tourism Management from New York University.
