Kristen Lee

Kristen Lee is a seasoned professional in legislative affairs and public policy with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legislative Affairs and previously as Senior Policy Advisor at Harris County Precinct 2 since February 2019, Kristen has a strong background in legal and governmental roles, including positions as Assistant County Attorney and Attorney/Consultant at the Harris County Attorney's Office from September 2013 to February 2019. Prior roles include Senior Manager of State Government Relations at HMS, Public Policy Director and Public Relations Manager at the Alzheimer's Association, and a Law Clerk at the Harris County Attorney's Office. Kristen also has experience in media as a Reporter and Copy Editor for The Baytown Sun and as Editor in Chief for The Daily Cougar. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
