Carolina Hidalgo-McCabe

Carolina Hidalgo-McCabe is a dedicated campaign field organizer currently working for the Harris-Walz campaign in North Carolina, focusing on voter engagement and collaboration with down-ballot campaigns. Previously, Carolina held positions such as Program Management Assistant for a USAID-funded program at Democracy International, Project Intern at Forum Ziviler Friedensdienst e.V. working on community-based initiatives in Jordan, and various roles in community organizations focused on workers' rights, education, and advocacy. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tufts University, Carolina has developed a strong foundation in civic engagement and social justice through diverse internships, including experience with the Office of U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren and civic initiatives like the ALL IN Challenge.
