Elle P. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Harris Health System since August 2011. Previous roles at Harris Health System include Manager of Recruitment Marketing & TA Programs, Program Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Elle P. worked as a Locums Tenens Consultant at Whitaker Medical from July 2007 to August 2011, and held HR recruitment positions at River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostic (2004-2007) and The Schumacher Group (2002-2004). Elle P. holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (1999-2001).
