Dr. Labi Tiamiyu

Dr. Labi Tiamiyu, CPA, is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Harris-Stowe State University, where lectures on Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Auditing courses have been delivered since August 2009. Dr. Tiamiyu also served as Faculty Senate President from September 2014 to 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Internal Audit Consultant at Metro, Financial Controller and SOX Manager at Pulaski Bank, and Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Dr. Tiamiyu holds a Doctor of Management degree in Internal Audit Management from Webster University, a Master's in Professional Accounting from Texas Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Insurance from the University of Lagos.
