Curator Of The Don And Heide Wolff JAZZ Institute And Art Gallery at Harris-Stowe State University

Ronn Nichols is a seasoned educator and media professional with extensive experience in both academia and the broadcasting industry. Since September 2006, Ronn has served as the Curator of the Don and Heide Wolff JAZZ INSTITUTE and Art Gallery at Harris-Stowe State University, focusing on the preservation and promotion of a significant music collection. In addition, Ronn teaches as an adjunct professor in the Writing Laboratory. Previous roles include Associate Professor at Morgan State University and Coppin State University, where Ronn established a Media Arts Major, and Director of Media Services for the Congressional Black Caucus. Ronn's early career included positions as Assistant Program Manager at WJZ TV Channel 13 and Broadcast Director at CBS Corporation. Ronn holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Education and English from Harris Teacher's College.
