Celeste

Celeste Xing Fang currently serves as Vice President and Fund Controller of the Social Infrastructure Fund at Harrison Street since June 2022. Prior to this role, Celeste amassed over a decade of experience at Magnetar Capital, where positions included Finance Manager for Energy and Infrastructure, Investor Reporting Manager, Beijing Fund Control Team Lead, and Fund Accountant from May 2010 to June 2022. Celeste began their career as an Auditor with PwC from September 2008 to May 2010. Academically, Celeste holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics, completed in 2008 and 2006, respectively.
