Nhlanhla Makhanya

Nhlanhla Makhanya has significant experience in municipal governance and education, serving as Labour Relations Manager at Harry Gwala District Municipality since August 2006, and previously held roles including Skills Development Facilitator and Full-Time Shopsteward with the South African Municipal Workers Union.
