Bree Formby

Bree Formby is an experienced professional with a robust background in proposals management and government relations. Currently serving as Proposals Manager and previously in multiple roles including Senior Proposal Program Manager and Certification Project Manager at Hart InterCivic since August 2019, Bree has developed expertise in managing proposals for various projects. Prior experience includes serving as Government Relations Specialist and PAC Manager at CB&I Project Services Group, where strategic advocacy and policy development were key responsibilities. Bree has a history of managing relationships with legislators, overseeing compliance in political action committee operations, and leading communications initiatives. Bree began a career in government relations at CB&I, acquiring skills in research, grassroots lobbying, and donor management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina.
