Ashley Bailey

Ashley Bailey is an experienced ITS Training Manager at Hartford HealthCare since October 2014, overseeing a team of 28 Credential Trainers. Responsibilities include managing training schedules, leading major go-live training projects, and maintaining relationships with Community Connect customers to ensure successful implementations across various applications. Previous roles include Team Lead Instructional Designer and Epic Instructional Designer, where Ashley was responsible for creating training materials and overseeing curriculum development. Prior experience as an Epic Credentialed Trainer at TEKsystems and Saint Francis Care involved conducting end-user training on Epic applications. Earlier in Ashley's career, management experience was gained as a Lead Trainer and Shift Manager at Ruby Tuesday, where team leadership and problem-resolution skills were honed. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Manchester Community College.
