Celine Courtial is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Vertree and Hartree Partners since August 2022, Celine previously held multiple roles at Aviva, including Business Manager to the Group Chief Risk Officer and CEO of International Markets. Prior experience includes working as Senior Strategy Consultant at Redwheel and Chief of Staff at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where significant contributions included leading strategic initiatives and the successful integration of Newedge. Celine's career began at Marsh, where notable achievements included client relationship management and business development. Celine holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, an MSc in Marketing & Management from ESSEC Business School, a Master’s degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon, and completed advanced mathematics studies.
