Adhitya Raghavan

Adhitya Raghavan is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School since August 2023, having previously served as a Boustany Scholar for the Boustany Foundation, where a new scholarship for Math PhD students at IIT Bombay was established. As a strategic advisor for the ReOcean Fund, Adhitya assisted in launching a €100M global impact investment initiative focused on the Ocean Economy, engaging over 50 Limited Partners and evaluating innovative startups. Adhitya's prior experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, where significant contributions were made in manufacturing, product positioning, and business strategy across various sectors. Additionally, Adhitya founded KanTalk Education, a non-profit mentoring platform for underprivileged college applicants, served in business operations at Fireblocks during its rapid growth phase, and held engineering internships at Reactive Robotics and Setra Systems. Adhitya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and is set to graduate from Harvard Business School in 2025.
