Elena Silenok

Elena Silenok is an accomplished executive with a strong background in entrepreneurship and technology. Currently serving as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and a board member for both UniBlock and D'Amelio Brands LLC, Elena has significant experience in guiding organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Clothia from August 2017 to July 2022, Elena established a curated marketplace for independent fashion designers, showcasing a selection of the top 5% of global talent. Prior to that, as CEO of Sputnik Mobile, a full-service mobile development agency from July 2014 to July 2017, Elena led innovative projects in mobile app development. Earlier entrepreneurial efforts include founding Clothia Virtual Closet and Stylist, recognized by Apple as a top shopping app. Elena holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a BS in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, with additional executive education from Stanford University.
