Frantz Alphonse

Frantz Alphonse is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consulting, investment, and mentorship within the minority business sector. As Co-Founder and Sr. Managing Director of Project Black at Ariel Alternatives since February 2021, Frantz leads initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of minority businesses. Additional roles include Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School since February 2022 and Chairman of APC-Vici from March 2020 to February 2021, where Frantz oversaw consulting services for major corporations. Previously, Frantz co-founded and served as Sr. Managing Director at AP Capital Holdings, LLC, and was Sr. Managing Partner at AP Capital Partners for nearly two decades, focusing on innovative supply chain solutions and the advancement of minority enterprises. Frantz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Duke University.
