Melissa Fristrom

Melissa Fristrom is the Principal and founder of Core Allies LLC, which has been operating since December 2000 and focuses on leadership development, career change, entrepreneurial success, and work/life balance. Additionally, Melissa serves as a coach at Harvard Business School, providing support to students, alumni, and executive education programs since August 2001. Previous roles include Director of Strategy at Answerthink Consulting, Group Marketing Manager at Polaroid, Senior Marketing Manager at Hasbro, and Program Manager at Children for Uniting Nations, among others. Melissa holds a Psya.D. in Psychoanalysis from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
