Avadhoot Jadhav

Avadhoot Jadhav is a current Research Fellow at Ploegh Lab, Harvard University, focusing on innovative immunotherapy targeting SARS-CoV-2. Jadhav is also a Master's student at Boston Children's Hospital and co-founder and COO of Curem Biotech, where a rapid malaria diagnostic test is being developed. Additionally, involvement in the iGEM Community includes leadership as Regional Head of Ambassadors for Asia and Oceania. Previous experience includes a Visiting Fellowship at MIT and research roles at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in Pune, emphasizing synthetic biology and peptide inhibitors. Jadhav holds a BS-MS degree from IISER Pune, specializing in synthetic biology, neurogenetics, and behavior.
