Chelcie Juliet Rowell

Chelcie Rowell currently serves as the Associate Head of Digital Collections Discovery at Harvard University since May 2023. Prior to this role, Chelcie was the Head of Digital Scholarship at Tufts University from November 2018 to April 2023 and worked as a Digital Scholarship Librarian & History Liaison at Boston College between January 2017 and October 2018. From August 2013 to December 2016, Chelcie held the position of Digital Initiatives Librarian at Wake Forest University. Earlier experience includes a Junior Fellow position at the Library of Congress in summer 2012 and a Writing Associates Program Fellow role at Swarthmore College from August 2009 to June 2011. Chelcie completed a Master of Science in Information Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2011-2013) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from Oglethorpe University (2005-2009).
