Isabella L.

Isabella L. is currently a Researcher at Harvard University, involved in an experimental music ensemble exploring the evolution of gospel music since the 1990s, under Dr. Barron's book project. Previous experience includes serving as a Legal Communications Intern at the Advancement Project, focusing on voting access and mass incarceration, and as a Senior Counselor at Phillips Brooks House Association Inc., where curriculum development for first-generation, low-income children took place. Past internships at the Smithsonian Institution involved social media outreach and event coordination, while work at The Jewish Museum included leading workshops on Jewish art and culture. Educationally, Isabella L. is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Harvard University with concentrations in History and Literature & Government, building upon previous studies at The Chapin School and King's Academy, where Arabic language and culture studies were undertaken.
