Vishakha R M

Vishakha R M is an experienced executive with a distinguished career in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as a 2025 Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University, Vishakha also works as an Executive Coach. Previous roles include Managing Director and CEO at IndiaFirst Life Insurance, Director of Sales and Marketing at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Co Ltd, and Chief Business Officer at IndiaFirst Life Insurance. Vishakha's educational background includes a Fellowship in Advanced Leadership from Harvard University, set to be completed in June 2025, as well as a qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
