Mark Stephen P.eng

Mark Stephen P.Eng is an accomplished petroleum engineering professional with extensive experience in operations leadership within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Team Lead for Drilling and Completions at Harvest Operations Corp. since July 2022, Mark oversees well servicing and abandonment operations. Prior to this role, Mark was Vice President of Operations for Independent Consulting, where various client projects were managed, including conducting well reviews for a potential carbon capture initiative. Mark also held the position of VP Operations at Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. from June 2011 to March 2020, directing multi-million dollar budgets and managing drilling and completion efforts for numerous wells. Earlier in the career, Mark served as VP Operations at Orleans Energy Limited, leading operational teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech-College of Technology.
