Katie Burke

Katie Burke currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Harvey, appointed in November 2024. Previously, Katie held the same position at HubSpot from December 2012 to April 2024, where notable achievements included launching diversity and inclusion initiatives and enhancing employee experience, contributing to recognition as a leading workplace. Katie’s earlier roles at HubSpot included Vice President of Culture and Experience and Director of Talent and Culture, focusing on scaling culture and employment branding. Prior to HubSpot, Katie managed marketing and corporate partnerships at Athletes’ Performance, was a director at Glover Park Group overseeing proposal writing and partnership strategies, and served as a researcher at Booz Allen Hamilton. Katie holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Bates College.
