Lydia Kate Hayward

Lydia Kate Hayward is an experienced operations and display manager currently at Harvey Nichols since October 2020, after holding the position of Regional Display Manager. Prior to this, Lydia served as Visual Merchandising Manager at Harding Retail from November 2017 to October 2020, leading and coaching the Visual Merchandising head office team and Visual Champion teams. Earlier roles include Senior Visual Merchandiser and Visual Merchandiser at Marks and Spencer from February 2013 to November 2017, where management and training of a 15-member team were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions at Oasis Fashion and Russell and Bromley, focusing on visual merchandising and customer service. Lydia graduated with a Fashion Design degree from the University of Southampton in 2012 and holds a Foundation degree in Art from Totton College.
