Suzy Hathaway

Suzy Hathaway is an accomplished recruitment leader with extensive experience in various high-profile companies, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for GTM, Executive Search, and International at HashiCorp since May 2020. Hathaway has held influential roles in talent acquisition at Salesforce.org as a Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA from 2018 to 2020, and at Salesforce from 2013 to 2017, where responsibilities included building executive leadership teams across multiple regions. Prior consultancy work includes a position at Stripe and recruitment roles at Google and Bloomberg LP, where Hathaway significantly contributed to scaling recruiting efforts and strategies.
