Haimantika Mitra

Haimantika Mitra is a Developer Advocate currently at Hashnode, where responsibilities include building the DevRel team and leading efforts across the 3C’s of Developer Relations. Previously, Haimantika served as a Developer Advocate at Appwrite, focusing on community growth and driving product improvement, while also spearheading an OSS Fund initiative for open-source project maintainers. Experience includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft, where contributions included publishing a weather forecast connector for Power Platform, and as an LFX Mentee at Buildpacks, working on Docker and Golang projects. Additional experience as a Software Developer at Cyclotron, Inc. involved creating solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and as a Community Manager at KonfHub Technologies LLP, advocating for multiple brands. Haimantika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Siliguri Institute of Technology.
