Janne Kristiansen

Janne Kristiansen has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Adviser at Helse Bergen's Bemanningssenteret since January 2004, focusing on recruitment of trainees, resident doctors, summer interns, and prioritized groups, as well as managing the School Program. Previously, Janne worked as a spesialkonsulent in both the Seksjon for ledelse og organisasjonsutvikling and Haukeland University Hospital, where responsibilities included organizational development. Janne's career began with a three-year administrative trainee program that encompassed various departments, including Finance, Quality, IT, Technical Division, Surgical Unit, and Human Resources. Janne holds a Master's degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and completed an Erasmus program in Political Science and Government at University College Dublin.
