Anthony M. Persaud, MSIS, is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Havas since January 2010, managing a team of 10 support technicians and overseeing operations for a 1,500 user community. Anthony has a strong background in technical support and customer service, having previously held positions such as IT Help Desk Team Lead at Havas Worldwide and IT Help Desk Tech/Team Lead at EURO RSCG, where collaboration with various teams ensured the fulfillment of technology needs in alignment with business objectives. Anthony holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a focus on Leadership and Project Management from Touro University and has a diverse educational background that includes degrees in Political Science and certifications in Public Administration and Paralegal studies.
