Rajendra Agarwal

Rajendra Agarwal is an experienced professional in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Havells India Ltd since January 2019. Prior to this role, Rajendra held a Senior Manager position at Panasonic from April 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading quality and service support for consumer electronic and mobile products, and implementing process improvements through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Rajendra's career began at LG Electronics, where Rajendra served as Quality Manager for consumer electronic products, as well as in various engineering roles focused on quality assurance. Rajendra's educational background includes a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anand Engineering College, an MBA in Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an Executive Program in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
